What is Wisdom?

On one level, wisdom is nothing more than the ability to take your own advice. – Sam Harris

But what makes something wisdom is both that it’s beneficial, but something you’re willing to implement. Something you’re willing to make your own.

What have you been resisting, that you know is true for you?

What stops you from being true to your wisdom?
