Your Choices Are What (Truly) Matter

Choice, not circumstances, determines your success. – Anonymous

Every day, minute, second, instant we are at choice.

We can choose what is resourceful, what serves our goals and desires, and the development of our best self, or we can choose something else, or we can fail to choose and go with with rote habit.

So often we “choose” the latter, and – by and large – our habits suck.

The cure?

Develop better awareness and habits.

How?

1) Meditate.

2) Write down what you want (repeatedly until it’s authentic and clear) and discern the actions and habits you need to achieve what you want.

Do the work, every day.

Choose better.
