Shine From Within

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. – Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Of course it’s easy to be happy and positive when things are good, but what about when things are tough?

Resiliency is so important in life.

Things aren’t always going to be good, and easy.

One of the keys to staying positive and continuing to move forward when things are tough is to have a vision of the future and plan for achieving your goals that is accurate and authentic.

It needs to be accurate because you’re mind won’t trust a plan that is poorly conceived or faulty.

It needs to be authentic because you won’t persevere when things are tough unless you truly desire the results you seek. If you’re living someone else’s plan or dream you’ll quit, or slow down, at the first sign of challenge or difficulty.

But of course, that’s but one aspect of true beauty . . . there’s so much more.
