Start Working When You’re Hired

“A lot of people quit looking for work as soon as they find a job.” – Zig Ziglar

So many people wonder why they don’t advance as quickly as they’d like (or advance at all… ). A likely explanation is they aren’t working very hard, or they are working at the wrong things.

Working effectively, in such a way that you advance (quickly) (or at all… ), involves creating value – every day.

How do you do that? 1) Find out who is in charge of your advancement; 2) find out what matters to that person/s and 3) make doing that the majority of your work.
