How planned are your days? Your weeks? Your months? Your years?

So many people don’t plan because they think it limits spontaneity or creativity or adaptability, but it doesn’t have to.

You can adapt or evolve a plan, or be creative and go off plan, but only if you have one.

(And the vast majority of the time a plan serves to keep you focused on what matters to you, so you don’t have to waste time and energy wondering what to do.)
