The Power of Compound Improvement

Interestingly, I think Earl wrote this before Malcolm Gladwell and Geoff Colvin used Anders Ericsson’s ground-breaking research to make lots of money selling books.

Still makes sense though. What do you want to be one of the best people in the world at? Do you know? Are you working on that, or something else?
