Stuck Is A Choice

Seth Godin wants to know:

Which of the four are getting in the way?

You don’t know what to do

You don’t know how to do it

You don’t have the authority or the resources to do it

You’re afraid

Once you figure out what’s getting in the way, it’s far easier to find the answer (or decide to work on a different problem).

Stuck is a state of mind, and it’s curable.

My $0.02: stuck is a choice (albeit one we rarely know we’re making . . . ).

  • What Ideas Must Become

Ideas must work through the brains and the arms of good and brave men, or they are no better than dreams. – Emerson Ideas are nothing, really, without action. • Progress Or Story?

A man who wants to do something will find a way; A man who doesn’t will find an excuse. – Stephen Dolley, Jr. It matters less what the ultimate result is; only that one has started, and worked, and learned, and adapted, and finished “something.” Or we can make up a story about why we can’t…
