Are you making a “hell” of your “heaven?”

What about making a “heaven” of your “hell?”

Because both are based in thought, they are equally possible.

Our lives, or at least our experience of your lives are our emotions.

And our emotions flow directly from our thoughts, whether they be conscious, habitual sub-conscious or somatic.*

* Somatic thoughts are the information processing our body does; think tiny, non-conscious, body-based episodes of reacting/responding to stimuli, instinctual processes. It might sound esoteric, but it’s “thought” nonetheless.
