Is Your Mind “Growling?”

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if our mind growled like our stomach does when it is hungry? – Zig Ziglar

But your mind does “growl” when it’s hungry.

It does by creating thoughts like: “I’m bored,” or “I don’t know how,” or “I don’t know what to do.”

The key is to feed it resourceful and useful information.

Just like junk food will ruin your health and increase your weight, so it goes with junk mental food.

You are both what you eat and what you think, feed both your body and mind well.
