Commitment: The Necessary and The Sufficient

“Commitment is an act, not a word.” – Jean-Paul Sartre

Commitment, of course, starts with a word, or words; the speaking, however, is always necessary, it is never sufficient.

What commitments have you merely spoken (whether in your head, or out loud), but have yet to act on, consistently? The answer to that question is where integrity, and fulfillment lie. Search yourself for those things you truly want to create, to make real and begin to act on them – in ways small, medium and large.

It is when you put yourself in action, consistently, towards what you value (and want) that your experience of life will change, for the better.
