Start With You

Ultimately, we have just one moral duty: to reclaim large areas of peace in ourselves, more and more peace, and to reflect it towards others. And the more peace there is in us, the more peace there will be in our troubled world. – Etty Hillesum

The only thing that will change the world are the people who live in the world.

That’s you, me and everyone else.

Will changing yourself to be more aware, loving and peaceful change the world?

Not right away.

But it will change your world – and that’s an absolutely great way to start.

(And you get the benefit of living a more aware, loving and peaceful life.)
