You Must Tell Yourself The Truth

Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom. – Thomas Jefferson

You must tell yourself the truth:

About how you’ve succeeded.

About the things you said you’d do, but haven’t.

About the things you’ve done, but wish you hadn’t.

About how you’ve “failed,” and that failure is a lie itself – everything creates results, some are just undesirable.

Until, and unless, you tell yourself the truth about your life, you will continue to suffer.

It can be challenging though to see what’s true and what isn’t.

Being coached is a great way to see more clearly.
