What Kind of Work Do You Do?

Today is Labor Day here in the United States (of America). I am thinking this week would be a good one for some thoughts and questions on work and purpose.

Today, before heading back to work, take some time to ask yourself:

  1. is what you do your best work and
  2. is your compensation at the level you want?

If not, what keeps you from doing the sort of work that would bring out your best? And, where could you add – or create – more value (and thus be better compensated)?
