You’re not scared (not really… ).

You’e not a bad person in any way (not really… )

So what stops you from paying the price and making the sacrifice?

It would require change.

We are programmed to not change.

Understanding the neuro-biology of not changing is the key to making changes that benefit you.

But that’s a matter for another post.
