What Are You Hearing?

When you’re good at something, you’ll tell everyone. When you’re great at something, they’ll tell you. – Walter Payton

What are you great at?

What have you put the time in to be masterful at?

If it’s something great, or even just pretty good, quite likely people are talking to you about it – about your talents, gifts and contributions.

But, if it’s something bad you’re likely not hearing about it (very often), or when you do, it’s in an argument, or your Yearly Review.

Life isn’t neutral, if you doing well, if you’re serving, and contributing, people will let you know.

If you’re not, they won’t – and you won’t hear about it until it’s too late.
