Seen On The Back of My Business Card – 2 of 4

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Emerson’s words describe what coaches believe about people — what I believe about people. That we are whole and capable, naturally. That, to achieve our goals we need only uncover and shed the thoughts, beliefs and action that hold us back.

We (all of us . . . ) do not have to become somebody worthy of success, we need only realize and reclaim our innate power — and use it wisely.

Where do you come down on this? Do you believe that we are inherently good and capable, or something else/opposite?

[I’m doing something a little different this week: I am featuring the quotes I had printed on the back of my new business cards.]
