It’s what happens when you try to do too much.

When you don’t know how to say “No” to the things that match your values and goals.

But when you know what you want to create in life, both day-to-day and long-term, you can’t help but to focus on what matters – and say no to distractions and shoulds.

Get clear on what you’re really about (what you value) and what you want (your goals).

Then you have the clarity and confidence to say “No.”
