Build Yourself First

The simple fact is if you don’t develop yourself over time you’ll fall behind.

And, if all you do is develop yourself for your current position, you’ll soon find yourself well equipped for a job that no longer exists (to inelegantly paraphrase Eric Hoffer… ).

Create a development plan for your career/business – and yourself – that allows you to be excellent now, and prosper in the future.
