Unfortunately many focus on what’s gone wrong or what they don’t have or what seems out-of-reach.

It’s the focus that causes the problem.

We have so many resources within us, things that can never be taken away or depleted.

Remember that when things look tough, when you’re not sure if you can go on, or even start.

What you have within is so much – it’s what you always have left.
