It can be hard to remember this at times.

We can caught up in overwhelm and frustration and lose sight of our abilities.

It is in these times that we must remind ourselves of how much we have already done.

Of all the the obstacles we’ve overcome and goals we achieved.

Then we can see our excuses and complaints for the small things they are and get to work.
