The One Thing You Must Change To Change

Change the belief, and the thinking automatically changes. Change the thinking, and the action changes. Change the action, and the result changes. So here’s the key: depending on the results you personally want, align your beliefs with the desired outcome. – John Assraf

There’s really little I can add here, other than: if you are are consciously seeking a result/goal/outcome, and it’s not happening – despite your seeming best efforts – there’s likely a conflicting and/or limiting belief (that you hold, sub-consciously) that keeps you stuck.

Ask yourself: what would I have to believe to keep creating the result I have been?

Gently, but firmly, pursue that inquiry until you have a good answer.

Then, create a new – resourceful and empowering – belief and make that your focus.
