Because They’re Different

Warning: more Seth-Godin-fawning ahead . . . .

Treat people differently (i.e. in a way that honors and respects their uniqueness) because they are beautifully different.

Create the skill of recognizing the uniqueness and particular beauty of each person and interacting with them in a way that respects and celebrates who they are – who they’ve made themselves to be.
