Who Is Responsible?

I believe that we are solely responsible for our choices, and we have to accept the consequences of every deed, word, and thought throughout our lifetime. – Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

For so many of us, this concept is foreign.

What’s more, for those folks to be confronted with this truth, great upset would likely ensue.

But the powerful human, the strong human, the aware human, it’s a wonderfully empowering sentiment.

By taking responsibility for our choices, our deeds, words and thoughts, we create power in our lives.

We don’t blame, or beat ourselves up, we powerfully acknowledge the power we actually have.

The amazing thing about taking responsibility is that by doing so we become creators.

Creators of our experience and our results.

To reject the truth and power of responsibility, whether by default or design, is resign one’s self to victim-hood.

Choose to be a Creator.

Choose Responsibility.
