Thought vs. Thinking

Thought is so vitally important to the quality and content of our lives, but thinking is over-rated.

What we think creates our emotions and our emotions create our actions.

That we think doesn’t necessarily create action though.

It is – critically – important to make this key distinction.

We must elevate the idea that what we think matters, but continually remind ourselves that thinking by itself is not enough.

We must act.
