Dreams vs. Goals

A Goal Without a Plan is Only a Dream… – Brian Tracy

Dreams are nice.

They are wonderful.

They are absolutely necessary.

Without dreams the world wouldn’t change for the better.

With dreams your life won’t change for the better.

But dreams are not enough.

You must create, deploy and update a plan for the dream.

That’s how dreams transform into goals.

That’s how dreams are made real.

By creating a plan and working on that plan, consistently, and updating the plan where/when necessary.

Adapting to the changing reality that is created when one begins taking steps towards making their dream a reality.

Plans allow you to turn a dream into an achievement.

But only when they are goals that are worked on.

What are your dreams?

Which ones do you really want to make real?
