What Is It About You, That I Don’t Like About Me?

When confronted with someone, or something or some situation which I don’t like, I do my best to ask myself: “What is it about this that I don’t like about myself.”

What I have begun to realize is that anything I resist – outside of me – is something I need to deal with (in me).

What do you think? Am I full of sh!t or is there something to this?
